  • Water and Rocks

One of my favourite photos, Putrajaya Lake.  Not the best composed or best lighting, but I still liked the sun sparkling off the lake.

A little stream running through the ASEAN Sculpture Garden.

Water fountain at the Butterfly Farm.

Rocks in Putrajaya, in front of the Ministry of Trade or something like that.
  • Memories of York

All images captured on my cute little Nikon 2100.

The infamous York Minster.  Virtually impossible to capture the entire cathedral on my digital compact.  So I settled for just this portion.

Parliament Street.  Main street in the city centre.

This was somewhere near the York Minster side of the city.

The Shambles, one of the oldest (if not the oldest) intact cobbled streets in Northern Europe.

Building in The Shambles.  Most of the buildings are in its original state, albeit renovated or reinforced so that it doesn't crumble down.  It's common to see signs warning you not to sit on the outer window ledges of the stores as the buildings are old (ya think?).

And a random statue I found walking through a shortcut on campus.

  • Looking up

Things you see when you point your lens upwards...

The Topography (i think that's what it's called) Room at the Vatican Museum in July 2005.  The entire length of the hall was covered with these gold-framed artwork.  It was gleaming with gold and bright colours.  Beautiful.
(FYI: Pictures before Jan 2007 were taken on a 2.1MP Nikon compact)

At the walkways encircling the National Monument. (June 07)

Chinese lantern at the Khoo Kongsi Mansion in Penang (June 07)

Another lantern at the Khoo Kongsi Mansion, Penang (June 07)

So who's behind that 350D?

  • I love to take photos. I'm just not very good at it. But I try.

What else is out there?

What else have I put up?
